CBO works with government or asset holders to realise asset value. This involves understanding these assets and managing investment risks and ensuring that the appropriate partnerships are created.

We choose reasonably sized developmental projects that can have near term impacts but significant growth and development potential. Projects are selected based on our execution assessment criteria. We seek to deliver value and derive benefits from the project in terms of its impact on its industry and the economy as a whole.
