BAYO ROTIMI

Mr. Rotimi is a 15-year investment banking veteran, who over the course of his career has specialised in capital raising (Debt and Equity).

He also has extensive experience in M&A transactions and privatisation transactions in Nigeria. As Chief Executive Officer of FCMB Capital Markets Limited, he spearheaded an extensive period of growth for the firm and now brings his plethora of expertise to CBO Capital Partners.

Mr. Rotimi holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Lagos, and an Msc in Banking and Finance from the University of Sheffield.
